Click here to download a volunteer form - Persons wishing to volunteer must complete one of these forms and provide a photocopy of your driver's license in order to volunteer at school or chaperone field trips. Please send in the completed form and DL copy in your child's agenda or to the front office. If you did one last year, you do not have to do one again. Just log into the volunteer computer to update your information. Every three years volunteers must complete a new form and submit again. |
